Public Health Sudbury confirms six new cases of COVID-19

Public Health Sudbury & Districts is reporting six new cases of COVID-19.

Through contact tracing, Public Health will notify all close contacts directly. If you are not contacted by Public Health, you are not considered a close contact.

Of the newly reported cases, four are from Greater Sudbury, and two are from Sudbury district. Two are close contacts of known cases, and the remaining are still under investigation.

All are following Public Health direction and are self-isolating.

The total number of cases for Greater Sudbury and Manitoulin Districts has now reached 181 since March.

There are currently 54 active cases of COVID-19 in the area.
