Science North’s annual fundraising event shifts this year from an in-person Bluecoat Ball to an online Bluecoat Box event.
On June 17, Science North invites members of the community to an evening of inspiration and entertainment that will help raise funds to establish an Indigenous Programming Fund at Science North.
The inaugural Bluecoat Box event is inspired by Science North’s latest special exhibition: Indigenous Ingenuity - An Interactive Adventure. Celebrating the ever-evolving world of Indigenous innovation.
The Bluecoat Box is a delightful package of carefully curated items from Canadian Indigenous-owned businesses, said a press release.
Guests are invited to purchase a Bluecoat Box (cost $300) and in addition, attendees will also receive a ticket for an immersive virtual experience with live entertainment, Indigenous knowledge features, prize draws and much more.
The Bluecoat Box experience includes:
