Rock scaling and ditching on York Street will reduce traffic to one lane today between Courtney Hill and Connaught Avenue.
The work will be completed between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., Dec. 7. Traffic control will be in place. Pedestrians will continue to have access to the sidewalk.
