St. Joseph’s Health Centre has created designated email addresses for family and friends of residents to send emails, pictures, etc. to their loved ones who do not have access to technology.
Staff will deliver the messages to residents and patients as the emails arrive. Staff will also help residents and patients with reply emails.

“Social isolation is always difficult in the best of times, particularly for our seniors, frail elderly and vulnerable,” said Jo-Anne Palkovits, CEO, St. Joseph’s Health Centre. “We encourage you to reach out to your loved ones in order to not only brighten their spirits but also to help alleviate some of the anxieties you are experiencing.”
