Seniors' issues in the spotlight at seminar hosted by city next week

Residents are invited to join members of Greater Sudbury city council, community volunteers, seniors’ service agencies and educational representatives for Seniors’ Summit 2019.

The event will be held on Thursday, Oct. 24 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the Caruso Club. Admission, snacks and a buffet lunch are free of charge.

Participants will join roundtable discussions to address the unique concerns of older adults and their caregivers and to develop practical and effective plans of action.

Topics for discussion include: the main concerns facing older adults and their caregivers in Greater Sudbury, issues facing older adults living in the community and shared experiences as an older adult and/or caregiver.
