About 1,100 residents in Garson who receive waste collection on Wednesdays will see pick-up earlier in the day than usual.
Effective June 7, waste collection will remain on the same day (Wednesday) but will take place in the early morning.
Residents are reminded to place all waste and recycling at the curb no later than 7 a.m. on collection day.
The change in pick up time is due to transferring of collection from a private contractor to city waste collection crews.
Those in Garson who receive collection on Fridays will not be affected.
