Watermain valve repair will affect water service today from the rail crossing on Fourth Avenue south to Greenwood Drive, including all off Navanod Road, the city advises.
Water service to Finlandia Village will not be affected.
A release from Tom Davies Square says residents in the affected area have been notified. Repairs will continue until no later than 9 p.m.
If your service has been affected and you notice discoloured water once service has been restored, run the cold water tap closest to your water meter for several minutes until the water runs clear of any sediment.
In the event of prolonged discoloration or low water pressure, residents are asked to call 3-1-1.
