St. David school hosts open house Sept. 30

St. David Catholic Elementary School is hosting an open house Sept. 30 from 4-5 p.m.

All students, parents, neighbours and community partners are invited to participate in the event.

The St. Charles Red Bird Singers will do a “grandfather drum” exhibition, and St. David teacher Verna Hardwick will be singing and hand-drumming with her native language students.

Staff from Better Beginnings and the Aboriginal Best Start Hub who have partnered with the school will also be on hand.
