Wednesday, Feb.22 is Pink Shirt Day across the country.
The day falls in line with a month long campaign throughout February aimed at raising awareness around the issue of bullying.
Students are encouraged to wear pink shirts and buttons to spread awareness and show that they stand up against bullying in schools, homes, workplaces and online.
Proceeds from the sales of official Pink Shirt Day t-shirts, pins and buttons go to anti-bullying initiatives that directly help youth in need.
