Sudbury Egyptian community secures spot on Bridge of Nations

Members of the Egyptian community of Greater Sudbury presented a cheque for $1,200 to Councillor Fern Cormier and Bridge of Nations Committee Co-Chairs, Ursula Sauve and Dan Lee.

Egypt is the last of six countries and one nation to join the Bridge of Nations for Phase three.

The new country and nation flags will be raised on the Bridge of Nations in an official ceremony June 30.
