Sudbury gas prices jump 10 cents per litre

Gas prices at most stations in Greater Sudbury jumped 10 cents per litre Tuesday, from 102.0 to 111.9, according to GasBuddy.com.

You might be able to find a few stations locally that haven't raised their prices yet (some just above a buck per litre), but you better hurry. The most expensive gas in the city is 112.3 at Petro-Canada in Hanmer.

Gas costs 106.7 in Sturgeon Falls, up a cent per litre over yesterday. Prices at Espanola stations have not yet been reported today, but were at 100.9 yesterday.

The average price of gas in Ontario today is 97.4. The cheapest gas in the province is 80.9 in Ohsweken. The most expensive Ontario gas listed on GasBuddy.com today is 129.9 in Sault Ste. Marie.
