Temporary lane closures on Lasalle, Kingsway and Sparks Street

Greater Sudbury motorists are advised of temporary lane closures on several streets.

On Jan. 27 (today), the westbound curb on Lasalle Boulevard will close near Auger Avenue for repairs to a water service. The work is expected to be completed by 6:30 p.m.

On Friday, Jan. 28, eastbound traffic on the Kingsway will be reduced to one land between Kitchener Avenue and Bancroft Drive between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. for scheduled maintenance by Bell Canada.

Sparks Street, between Barry Downe and Lincoln roads, will close once a day for around 10 minutes from Feb. 1 to Feb. 28. Bell Canada crews will be constructing a transmission tower during this time. Emergency vehicles and private properties will have access to the road at all time.
