Updated: We asked for your photos of the Stanley Cup's visit to Capreol, and boy did you deliver

Here's an updated photo gallery of your pics

The Stanley Cup visited Capreol on Easter Sunday, 100 years to the day the community was officially incorporated as a town.

Despite being a small community, Capreol has produced its share of professional hockey players, including Doug "Diesel" Mohns, Fred Boimistruck, Floyd Thompson, Jim Mayer, Joffre Desilets, Jim Farelli and the Horeck brothers, Peter, John and Danny. Capreol is also home to former World Hockey Association referee Ray Thomas.

Besides offering the chance to check out the famed trophy, anniversary festivities on Sunday also included a free skate, kids' activities and birthday cake.

Did you get your photo taken with the Stanley Cup? We want to see your photos. Send pics to [email protected] or post them in the comments below, and we'll include them in our photo gallery.
