Greater Sudbury Hydro has reported that all 8,350 customers who had experienced a power outage this morning, have had their service restored.

The power outage is said to have been a result of a fallen tree branch hung up on the lines near Delki Dozzi.

Original Story

Sudbury Hydro is working to restore service to the several thousand customers currently without power in the west and south ends of the city.

The power outage is reportedly a result of a malfunctioning M4 feeder at the Clarabelle Transformer station, responsible for servicing that area.

Sudbury Hydro has yet to provide an estimate as to when service will be restored.

Customers affected in the west and south ends of Sudbury Hydro's service area.
