Sudbury MPP Rick Bartolucci is urging Greater Sudbury to support local Canadian Idol hopeful Daryl Brunt, one of eight finalists on the popular talent contest.

Bartolucci is giving away "Daryl is my Canadian Idol" placards to residents to display in their windows in the car, at home or at work. They can be picked up at his constituency office at 100 Elm St. in downtown Sudbury.
BruntÂ?s next performance is tonight at 8 pm on CTV. The number to call to vote for any of the idol finalists will be displayed during the show.
