École secondaire du Sacré-Cœur welcomed a special student to the school Feb. 2 — Mishka the bernadoodle.
The service dog will accompany Grade 12 student Montana Vaillancourt for the rest of the school year.
Sacré-Coeur is the second CSCNO school to have a service dog accompany a student to class — there's also one at École Notre-Dame-du-Sault in Sault Ste. Marie.
“The school is happy that Montana will be able to benefit from Mishka’s service as she completes her studies,” said a press release.
