Infrastructure improvements will cause intermittent traffic delays on Second Avenue from Highway 17 east to Balsam Street on Tuesday, April 25 until Wednesday, May 31.
One lane of traffic will be maintained at all times and flag persons will be on site directing traffic.
Work will be completed between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
