Greater Sudbury and most of the rest of the province took another step towards some form of normal as Ontario moves into Stage 2 of the reopening framework today.
With that in mind, I headed out to the streets to find out more about what people are most excited to do.
Naturally, shopping and haircuts were at the top of many lists, but seeing family and friends was on most people’s minds, too. Heck, one woman was excited to go dancing (something she was happy to demonstrate for us).

Stage 3 of the reopening strategy for Ontario is projected to happen when 70-80 per cent of the population have been vaccinated with one dose, with 25 per cent fully vaccinated. With Stage Three, people can enjoy indoor dining, larger indoor and outdoor gatherings and indoor sports recreational services.
Let me know in the comments how you feel about Ontario’s reopening strategy. Maybe you’re excited, maybe you’re annoyed — either way I’d love to know your thoughts.
