The baby monitor video taken in 2017 has been seen by millions online. He now has his own Instagram page – under the moniker of Eli Jett – run, of course by, his mom.

“Everyone starts playing sports at different ages, but the minimum starting age tends to be 3 or 4-years-old,” says the post on TSN's bardown.com website. “However, it turns out there’s a youngster out there that can’t wait that long and is looking to change the game.

“Nothing wrong with killing some time before bed by working on your stick-handling skills in the corner of your crib, especially since the youngster is getting in some early work in the corners.”

NBC sports posted the video Friday, with the tag, "Go to bed, it's the offseason, stop thinking about hockey."

Eli Jett's Instagram page has lots of videos showing the youngster's improving hockey skills away from the crib and on the ice.
