A woman who parked in a handicapped space was fined this morning after being caught by the Greater Sudbury Police's traffic unit.
In a post on its Facebook page, the police service said the vehicle had a handicapped parking permit, but it was not issued to the person in the vehicle.
“This driver stated her husband was at home,” the Facebook post said. “This bylaw carries a $350 fine on conviction.”
