YMCA Employment Services hosts free Job Fair on May 10

The job fair will be held at the Elm Place mall and is a chance to meet with more than 25 recruiters and hiring businesses

The YMCA of Northeastern Ontario Employment Services will host a free Job Fair at the Elm Place Mall, Unit 164-40 Elm St. (former Designer Depot) on Wednesday, May 10. 

The event takes place from 2-6 p.m., and is open to all. 

The Job Fair will give job seekers the chance to meet face-to-face with more than 25 recruiters and hiring businesses. 

Whether you’re new to the workforce or are looking to change careers, bring your resumes and be prepared for on-the-spot interviews. 

Parking is available in the Elm Place Mall and parking passes will be validated. 

Recruiters are from various sectors including mining, health care, construction, food service, seasonal opportunities, customer service, skilled labourers, drivers, lawn care, soccer coaching, camp counsellors, industrial, cleaning and remediation and many others. 

Participating businesses include: Interpaving, Northway Bus Lines, Reliable Cleaning, ETC Inc., Beamish Construction, City of Greater Sudbury, Vallée Verte/ Green Valley, Pioneer Construction, Fisher Wavy, Little Kickers, Plan A Sudbury, Sudbury Kartways, Mary Brown’s Chicken, Tim Horton’s and more.
