BABB, Franklin - The family announces with sorrow, his death in Sudbury, Saturday August 25, 2012 at the age of 87 years. Beloved husband of 64 years to Audrey (née Smith) Babb. Son of the late Claude and Carey (née Bannard) Babb. Predeceased by his son Robert Zane. Loving father of Deanna Lander (late David), Timothy Neil, Blake Thomas (Roseann) and Stephen Stillwell. Dear brother to Bonnie Kulbida (late Edward) and Velta Kirk (late George) both of Saskatoon. Predeceased by his siblings Virginia, Viola, Clarence, Harold and Zane. He will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great- grandchildren. In keeping with Franklin's request, there will be no visitation or funeral service.The family will be laying Frank's ashes to rest in Meaford, ON. Arrangements have been entrusted to the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Sudbury. Donations (by cheque only) to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
