BABULIC, Kristina (nee Zabka) - In Loving memory of Kristina Babulic (nee Zabka) who passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 9th, 2010 in her 96th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband of 55 years, Michael Babulic. Mother of Mike (Gen) and Jon (Linda). Grandmother of Mike (Brenda), Pat (Sandy), David (Kathleen), Kevin (Heidi), Jon (Kristen) and Kristina (Max). Great-grandmother of 12. Sister of the late Emily Ressel. Kristina was born in Czechoslovakia on October 2nd, 1914, she immigrated to Canada at the age of 16 with her younger sister to join their parents who had arrived in Canada a few years earlier. She will be fondly remembered by niece Veronica and nephew Jimmy, former members of the Sudbury Slovak Club and the Catholic Woman""s League St. Andrew the Apostle Church. She will be missed by family and friends. Resting at the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St. Funeral Mass in St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 1250 Barrydowne Road Saturday, September 11th, 2010 at 10 a.m. Interment in the Civic Cemetery.
