BAKER, Claire (née Lafontaine) - June 8, 1958 - October 18, 2012 - Claire Baker, 54, of Gatineau, Qc (born in Sudbury, On.) passed peacefully the morning of October 18, 2012. Devoted wife of David, mother of Raymond (Gisele), Adam (Véronique), Tania (Fabian) and Cinthia (Joshua), and honorary mother to Amy. Dedicated Mamie to Jordano, Brandon, Zachary and AJ. Daughter of Marcel and Cecile (Chartrand), sister to Carmen (Mike), Fern (Nicole), Maurice (Louise), Marc (Danielle), Gary (Julie) and Denis (Josée). Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Claire's passions and love of life live on through her family and friends every day. For all of your love and support through her fight, the family thanks you all!
