BARLETTA, Giuseppe “Joey“ - In loving memory of Giuseppe “Joey“ Barletta, 74 years Tuesday, February 7th, 2012 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Born in Sambiase, Lamezia Terme, Italy on October 8th, 1937. Beloved husband of Giovanna Barletta (Mastroianni) of Sudbury. Loving father of Maria Barletta (Mastroianni) (husband Franco) of Italy and Pina Barletta- St. George (husband Richard) of Sudbury. Adoring Nonno of Ricardo, Alexander, Casandra, Marcus and Ania. Dear brother of Agostino Barletta (wife Rosaria), Carmelo Barletta (wife Giovanna) and Drusolina Barletta (husband Bernardo Mastroianni). Giuseppe worked for 30 years with the Bricklayers Union Local 493. He was a member of the Caruso Club and a member of St. Anthony's Church. He was an avid gardener and enjoyed watching bocce at the park. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME 252 Regent St., at Hazel St., Sudbury. Funeral Mass at St. Anthony's Church, 19 Mary St., Sudbury on Friday, February 10th., 2012 10:30am. Prayers 7:15 p.m. Thursday. Entombment at the Civic Mausoleum.
