BARRETT, Marjorie Josephine (nee Moore) - In loving memory of Marjorie Josephine Barrett (nee Moore) who passed away at 76 years of age at the Sudbury Regional Hospital on May 11th, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Robert (Bob) Barrett. Loving mother of Tara (Benny Doucette), Patrick (Gloria), and Becky. Cherished grandmother of Kelly, Chelsea and Paige. Dear daughter of Edward and Josephine Moore both predeceased. Dear sister of Ronnie, Tommy, Philip, Pat, Bert, Raymond, Michael and Nancy. Predeceased by Frances, Helen, Betty, Johnny and Neil. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews and her canine companion Molly. Dear friend of Linda Pellinen and Betty Sullivan. Born and raised in Chesterville, Marjorie moved to Sudbury in 1965. Marjorie was a kind-hearted soul who was deeply loved by all who knew her. She was a selfless person who always put the needs of others before her own. Marjorie loved to bake and cook for her family and friends. She loved to spend time in her gardens. Before her health declined she enjoyed going for walks, cross-country skiing, and berry picking. Marjorie made a difference in the world and we were lucky to have been blessed with such a wonderful mother. She will be sadly missed but her beautiful spirit will live with us forever.
