BAZINET, Lawrence Victor “Laurie“ - In Loving Memory of Lawrence Victor “Laurie“ Bazinet 79 years, Monday morning November 5th, 2012 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Beloved husband of Jacqueline (nee Morin) Bazinet of Sudbury. Loving father of Susan of Toronto, Michael (wife Connie) of Aurora, Joanne (husband Jeff Friedman) of Toronto and Pauline (husband Steve Ross) of Hanmer. Cherished grandfather of Samantha Bazinet, Mark and Erin Friedman. Dear son of Isaii and Aldea (Leclair) Bazinet both predeceased and brother of Adrienne Taylor predeceased. Laurie was a warehouse man for INCO retiring in 1994 with 30 years of service. Laurie also worked part time for Morris, Robert Brown, Peoples, and Ben Moss Jewellers for over 50 years. Home improvements were his best hobby. As a skilled craftsman he loved helping Jackie with numerous renovation projects to beautify the inviting warm interior of their home. Summers were spent outside landscaping Jackie's beautiful gardens. He was an emotional fan of sports especially baseball and hockey and also enjoyed his time on the golf course with Susan, Pauline and Steve. His family was his priority and Laurie will always be remembered as a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather. He will be sadly missed. Memorial Funeral Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, JACKSON & BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch Street, Sudbury Thursday, November 8th, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
