In Loving Memory Of Raymond (Ray) Bergeron 78 years Who passed away Tuesday, May 4th, 2010 At the Mills Memorial Hospital in Terrace, B.C. In the arms of his caring daughter Debbie Park. Dear son of Josephine (Josie) and Wilfred Bergeron both predeceased. Loving father of Debbie (Bob) Park of Terrace, B.C., Sharon (Kit Roberts) and Natalie (Ken Gilchrist). Cherished grandfather of Nathan Park, Nash Park, Megan Sharp, Stephan Sharp, Jenna Gilchrist and Mackenzie Gilchrist. Dear brother of Guy Bergeron (wife Lil) of Garson, Clemence (husband Roy Chard) of Oakville, Stella (husband Gil Benoit predeceased) of Florida, Florian Bergeron (wife Suzanne) of Mississauga, Helen Colbeck (husband Dave predeceased) of B.C., Pauline (husband John Wright) of Leamington, and Paul Bergeron (wife Ruth) of Alberta. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Born in Sturgeon Falls in 1931, Ray grew up in Garson and worked at INCO’s Garson Mine, as a hard-rock miner for 35 years. He later moved to Terrace, B.C. and lived with his daughter Debbie and his son-in-law Bob Park.
At Ray’s request there will be no funeral service. Cremation followed. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated and can be made through the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home.
