BLAIS, Etienne - It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing in Chelmsford, on Saturday, July 21st, 2012 at the age of 73 years. Son of the late Wilfred and the late Aurea (née Daoust) Blais. Loving father of Rhea Blais (John Gibbs) of Sault Ste Marie. Cherished grandfather of Melisha, Natasha and Samantha Lepine and great-grandfather of Wyatt, Miya, Gregory and Keyara. Etienne is also survived by his brothers Gilbert (Doris) of Birch Island, Cleo (Jacqueline) of Dowling, Raymond (Nicole) of Thunder Bay and his sister Fabiola of Rouyn, Quebec. Predeceased by his brother Ceril and his sister Marianne. Etienne also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive friends and relatives at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4691, R. R. 15, Chelmsford on Wednesday, July 25th 2012 after 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Cooperative Funeral Home Chapel, Chelmsford. Donations (by cheque only) to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
