BLAIS, Gérard - Passed away in Sudbury Saturday, March 3, 2012, at the age of 91 years. Son of the late Damien and of the late Dalia (née Lalonde) Blais. Husband of the late Léa (née Bélanger) Blais. Loving father of Rachel Pharand (late Bruno), Gaston (Lise), Donald (Roxanne), Denis (Monique), Claude (Dawn) all of Chelmsford and Robert (Denise) of Azilda. Sadly missed by his 11 grandchildren and 8 great- grandchildren. Dear brother of Gilberte Kresan (late Andy) of Lively. Predeceased by his sister and brothers Lucien, Alcide (Laurianne of Blezard Valley), Yvonne Vaillancourt (late Lucien), Léo (Laurette of Chelmsford), Aurèle (Helen of Sudbury) and Roger. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4691 R.R. 15, Chelmsford, Wednesday March 7, 2012 from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St-Joseph Church, Chelmsford.
