BLONDIN, Alice (née Piette) - The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury on September 5, 2012 at the age of 94 years. Daughter of the late Arthur and of the late Adora (née Dubois) Piette. Wife of the late Lionel Blondin. Beloved mother of Doris Vitali (Bob) of Sudbury, Leo-Paul Blondin (Lana Dale) of Kingston, Sister Claire Marie of Mission, BC and Lorraine Blondin of Sudbury. Dear sister of Donat Piette (Lucienne) of New Liskeard. Predeceased by her brothers Georges Piette (Juliette), Gerard Piette (Laurianna), Leo Piette (Frances), Claude Piette (Madeleine), Marcel Piette (Marina) and predeceased by sisters Mariange (Levis), Germaine (Rene), Jeanne (Mendoza), Laurette (Gaspard & Edouard) and Marie Primeau. Sadly missed by 6 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great- grandchild. Lovingly remembered by her many relatives and friends. The family will receive friends and relatives at St-Jean-de- Brébeuf Church, Sudbury, Wednesday, September 12, 2012 for a mass of Christian burial at 10:30 a.m. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Sudbury.
