BOUCHARD, Paulette - It is with great sadness the family of Paulette Bouchard (née Villeneuve) announces her passing at the Espanola Regional Hospital & Health Centre on December 18, 2012 at the age of 96. Paulette was born in Arvida, Québec on August 24, 1916 and moved to Massey with her family in 1950. She was predeceased by her husband Paul, daughter Doris and granddaughter Josée. Loving mother of Carl (Nicki), Laval (Fran), Sylvia and Suzanne (Bill McKenna). Grandmother to Tiffani, Kendra (Rick Foster), Shayne (David Dolber), Natalie (Garett Stevenson), Sharla (Ted Dzogan, fiancé), Chad (Sarah), Charlotte and great-grandmother to Sophie, Olivia, Ben, Jacob, Bo, Kip, Rémi, Emma and Owen. Paulette will be remembered for her enthusiasm for travel having made trips to Europe, England, Alaska, Israel, Mexico, Australia, Hawaii, Barbados, many American States and all Canadian Provinces. During her years living in Massey, she was an active member of many volunteer organizations such as the Horticultural Society and the Catholic Women's Auxiliary. Her love of arts & crafts made her an enthusiastic participant for many years in the Massey Fall Fair, as both contestant and judge. Funeral to take place at 11:00 a.m. on December 21,2012 at the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Massey. Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
