BOURRÉ, Paula (1970-2012) - The family announces with sorrow her death in Sudbury, Monday November 26, 2012 at the age of 41 years. Daughter of Paul Emile Bourré (Denise Shepherd) and Lorraine Bourré ( née Mathieu) of Alban. Loving sister of Daniel Bourré (Chantale) of Oshawa. Predeceased by her twin sister Kimberley. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her nephews Vincent and Alex. Also survived by her grandmother Florence (née Seguin) Mathieu of Alban. Paula will be remembered by her many uncles, aunts and cousins of the Mathieu and Bourré families. Paula was a well known and respected child care provider who was adopted by many of the children in her care as “ma tante Paula“. For 17 years she cared for and provided for these children as her own. Very active in her community as an event organizer for the Alban Athlete Association for 14 years, 12 years as president, Paula took care of the Alban Community Center for the Municipality of French River. The family will receive friends at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Church, Alban Saturday December 1, 2012 after 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. Donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation or to the Maison Vale hospice would be appreciated.
