In Loving Memory of Ivan Michael Boyuk

March 20, 1954 - April 10, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ivan Boyuk, a beloved son, friend, and adventurer. Born in Sudbury, Ivan ventured far from home, yet his warm spirit and infectious laughter touched the lives of all who knew him.

Ivan will be met by his beloved mother Rose Tychowecki, sisters Violet Solmes and Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Dolores Boyuk-Georgeoff. He leaves behind many friends.

A master of his craft, Ivan, the proprietor of Boyuk Auto Service located in Sudbury, studied at Mohawk College and Sheridan Tech, obtaining numerous diplomas for his studies. His unparalleled knack for fixing vehicles fueled his journey through life, leaving an indelible mark on those around him.

An avid camper and explorer, Ivan found solace in the great outdoors, relishing in the beauty of nature and the camaraderie of friends. His numerous trips to Vancouver, Cuba and the Dominican Republic were a testament to his adventurous spirit and thirst for new experiences.

With a heart as vast as the open road, Ivan was the life of every gathering, his laughter echoing through the memories of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His easygoing nature and quick wit made him a friend to all, and his absence leaves a void that cannot be filled.

Though Ivan may have left this world, his spirit lives on in the cherished memories he leaves behind. He will be dearly missed but forever remembered for the joy and love he brought into the lives of those around him. Rest in peace, dear friend.
