BRINO, Carerine (nee Marcuccio) - In loving memory of Caterina Brino (nee Marcuccio), 88 years, who passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 29th, 2010 at Extendicare York surrounded by family. Beloved wife of Orlando Brino (predeceased). Loving mother of Carmelina Capasso (husband Luigi predeceased). Cherished Nonna of Tony (wife Dayna) and Dean (fiancée Wendy). Also missed by great grandchildren Kezia and Alessio. Loving sister of Benito predeceased (wife Giovanna), Andrea (wife Nicoletta) both predeceased, Luigi (wife Giovanna), Maria Orsini (husband Antonio predeceased) and Steve (wife Sarah). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Born and raised in Italy where she married Orlando Brino in 1950. They moved to Sudbury in 1968. She had worked for the Sudbury Board of Education for 10 years. Caterina was an avid gardener whose green thumb produced beautiful flowers and bountiful vegetables. She was devoted to her loving family especially her grandsons and great grandchildren. The family expresses their appreciation to the 2nd Floor Staff at Extendicare York for their excellent care and understanding. Resting at the JACKSON & BARNARD FUNERAL HOME 233 Larch St. Sudbury. Funeral Mass in Holy Redeemer Church 1887 Bancroft Dr. Sudbury, Wednesday, September 1st, 2010 at 10 A.M. Interment in the family plot at the Civic Cemetery.
