In Loving Memory of Rene Aldoria Brosseau 86 years Monday evening, June 7th, 2010 at Sudbury Regional Hospital. Beloved husband of Yvonne (nee Dubois) Brosseau of Sudbury. Loving father of Jean-Guy of Toronto, Robert (wife Leona) and Lorraine (husband Raymond Joanisse) both of Hanmer. Special grandfather of Renee (husband Steven Broude), Robert, Amanda (Tyler Eady), Vanessa (Kendall Hansson), Sophie, Gabrielle and great grandchildren Emmanuelle and Addison. Son of Osias and Aimee (nee Faubert) Brosseau both predeceased. Dear brother of Roger and Russell both of Sudbury, Ronald (wife Huguette) and Laurence Belanger both of Azilda, Hortense Belanger and Pauline Daoust both of Chelmsford and predeceased by Aurore Belanger, Fernand, Raymond and Edouard . Will be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews. Rene was born and raised in Chelmsford. He married Yvonne Dubois in 1947 in Chelmsford. A resident of Sudbury for several years, he worked as a foreman at INCO Ltd. for 40 years, retiring in 1984 and was a member of St-Jean-de-Brebeuf Church. His favorite pastimes were travelling and spending time at his cottage on Lang Lake. Rene was a devoted husband and father and was especially proud of his grandchildren and their accomplishments. His family was his priority and he leaves a rich legacy of love, faith and devotion and will be sadly missed and never forgotten. Resting at the Lougheed Funeral Home 252 Regent St. (at Hazel St.) Sudbury Funeral Mass at St-Jean-de-Brebeuf Church Notre Dame ave. (at Kathleen St.) Friday, June 11th, 2010 at 10:00 am Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium, Sudbury. Interment of his cremains in the Chelmsford Cemetery. Donations in memory of Rene to the Lung Association or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Époux bien-aimé d’Yvonne (née Dubois) Brosseau de Sudbury. Profondément regretté par ses enfants Jean-Guy de Toronto, Robert (épouse Leona) et Lorraine (époux Raymond Joanisse) tous deux de Hanmer. Affectueusement dans les pensées de ses petit-enfants Renée (époux Steven Broude), Robert, Amanda (Tyler Eady), Vanessa (Kendall Hansson), Sophie, Gabrielle et par ses arrière petits-enfants Émmanuelle et Addison. Cher frère de Roger et Russell tous deux de Sudbury, Ronald (épouse Huguette) et Laurence Bélanger tous deux d’Azilda, Hortense Bélanger et Pauline Daoust toutes deux de Chelmsford et prédécédé par Aurore Bélanger, Fernand, Raymond et Édouard. Oncle spécial de plusieurs nieces et neveux. René est né et instruit a Chelmsford. Il épouse Yvonne Dubois en 1947 à Chelmsford. Résident de Sudbury depuis plusieurs années, il a travaillé pour la companie INCO pendant 40 ans, retraité en 1984. Paroissien de l’église St-Jean-de-Brébeuf, René était au comble de son bonheur à son chalet à Lang Lake et aimait voyager. Un tout-dévoué à sa famille, il était extremement fier de ses petits-enfants et de leurs accomplissements. René laisse un héritage riche d’amour, de foi et de dévouement et tous ceux qui l’ont connu garderont de lui un souvenir chaleureux. répose au Salon Funéraire Lougheed 252 rue Régent (angle rue Hazel) Sudbury Messe de Funérailles célébrée a l’église St-Jean-de-Brébeuf ave. Notre Dame (angle rue Kathleen) le vendredi 11 juin 2010  a 10:00 am. Incinération au Crématoire Park Lawn de Sudbury. Inhumation de ses cendres au Cimetière de Chelmsford.
