BRUSER, Richard David - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Richard Bruser on Monday, August 24, 2009 at Extendicare York. Richard was in his 84th year. Born in Vanguard Saskatchewan, the only child of Marjorie and Louis Bruser. Survived by his wife Jean (Broudy) Bruser of Lively. Sadly miss by his children Harriet (Paul Orenstein) of Toronto, Louis of Austria, Jerrol of Lively and grandchildren Nicola, Max, Gabrielle, Callum, Manuela and Jasmine. Richard excelled in many sports such as golf, skiing, curling and sailing. He held executive positions at the at the Lively Golf Club and Lively Ski Hill. He was also a talented and well known artist and sculptor in the area and appreciated all aspects of life. Richard worked for INCO for 25 years as a Geologist. He earned a science degree and loved nature. He also was an avid reader. Funeral arrangements by LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, Cremation. Donations to the Alzheimers Society or a charity of your choice.
