BRYDGES, Mary - In loving memory of Mary Brydges (Ladyk), 96 years, who passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, Thursday, June 23rd, 2011 at Pioneer Manor. Born on July 20, 1914 in Port Arthur, daughter of the late John and Mary Ladyka predeceased. Beloved wife of Robert Brydges (predeceased 1982). Loving mother of Lorraine Travers (Austin) of Mississauga, Betty Lou Boyd predeceased (husband Michael of Vancouver), Dianne DeDiana (John) and Bruce Brydges (Carol) of Sudbury. Cherished grandmother of John, Robert, Derek (predeceased 2009), Tracy, Mandy, Matthew, Cassidy and Lucas. Proud great grandmother of Thomas, Kyle, T.J., Logan, Olivia, Storm and Oasis. Predeceased by her sisters Kay Vidlin, Anne Macks and brother Peter Ladyk. Survived by sister in law Bea Ladyk. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Mary was an avid gardener, superb baker and also the world's greatest grandma and Bingo player. What Mary cherished most was spending time with her family. A celebration of Mary's Life will be held in the R. J. Barnard Chapel, JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury on Sunday, June 26th, 2011 at 2 PM. Interment at Park Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of choice would be greatly appreciated.
