BURKE, Andrew Alfred “Sandy“ - In Loving Memory of Andrew Alfred “Sandy“ Burke, Friday October 26th, 2012 at his home, peacefully in his sleep with his loving family at his side. Beloved husband of 53 years of Vivian (nee Solomon) Burke. Loving father of Myles (wife Sharlene), Catherine, Jerry (wife Alana), Sally (husband Bob Halmi), Andy (wife Denise) and Cheryl Seagram. Cherished grandfather of Amy, Lacey, Brett, Sharon, Derek, Steve, John, Josh, Andrew, Emily, Mary, Kevin, Aaron, Thomas and Claira and great grandchildren Nicholas, Elena, Braydon, Lucas, Colton, Alivia, Kiera and Vanessa. Dear brother of Viola (Garnet) Beaucage, the late Edward Jr. (wife Lucille), William (Kelly) and Rhoda Burke. Dear son of the late Edward Sr. and Henrietta Burke (nee Tyson) both predeceased. Dear brother in law of the late Donna (late Marcel Boucher), Glenora Solomon, Andrew (wife Frances) Solomon, Eugene (wife Ann) Solomon, Reta (husband David) Morin and the late Dwayne. Sandy worked as a heavy equipment operator at MTO for 32 years, he retired in 1993. He cherished his loving wife and their children and many grandchildren. His passions in life were driving, hunting, fishing, and cutting everyone's grass. Resting at the Killarney Bay Inn Conference Room (Friends may call after 2pm Sunday). Funeral Mass in St. Bonaventure Church, Killarney, Monday, October 29th, 2012 at 11am. Interment in the Killarney Cemetery. Donations to the Killarney Health Centre would be appreciated.
