Bye, Carol (née Bond)
1950-2023
The family announces with immense sorrow her death in Sudbury, Monday, November 20th, 2023. Carol leaves behind her best friend, husband and travel partner, Bob, just shy of their 54th wedding anniversary. They met as teenagers and have been sharing a lifetime of love and adventures together ever since.
Carol also leaves behind her loving daughter Cindll, son-in-law Bob Batchelor and their two children, Brock and Kylan, who she was beyond grateful to have helped welcome into the world and be an integral part of their lives. One of her proudest accomplishments was being their doting Grandma and she took that job very seriously.
Unfortunately, Carol was estranged by her daughter, Misty and her husband Derrick Carlson and their sons, Stone and Macgreggor, who, although were not in her life physically, were always on her mind and in her heart. Carol is survived by 8 siblings and is reuniting with her baby brother who died in infancy.
Carol had many friends close to home and all over the globe, including her Roadtrek family, her Onwatin community and her best friend, Deb Dempsey, who she shared many hours of conversations with over coffee. Her warm smile and kind heart allowed her to turn strangers into fast friends.
As a successful hypnotherapist, Carol was proud to help many through her work. She fought hard to make the world a better place and we have no doubt that she’ll continue to do that from Heaven.
We will forever adore and remember you Momma and we will stand taller and stronger, knowing you are now watching over us.
Carol was a beautiful soul that always put others first.

The family will hold a celebration of life party at a later date.
