BYERS, Berthe “Betty“ nee Paquette - 1927-2013 It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Betty Byers in Ottawa on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at the age of 86. Beloved wife to the late Walter Byers. Loving mother to Dan, Harvey (Joanna), Debbie(Guy), the late Gary and Bonnie. She will be missed by her eleven grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. Cherished sister of Fernande and Jeannine. Predeceased by her brothers Harvey, Ron, Bob and sisters Simone, Georgette and Rita. Family will receive friends at the PINECREST VISITATION CENTRE (2500 Baseline Road) on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
