CARNIELLO, Iginio - In Loving Memory of Iginio “Gino“ Carniello Deceased Friday, January 6th, 2012. Beloved husband of Janet (Fedat) Carniello predeceased 2004. Loving father of Norman (Elisabeth) of London and Darren (Kim) of Sudbury. Cherished Nonno of Tyler, Alexander, Trevor and Jason. Dear son of Antonio and Luigia both predeceased. Dear brother of Dora Tolfo of Italy, Assunta Cavicchiolo of Sudbury, predeceased by Norma Tessarolo, Dossi, Luigi and Guiseppe. Dear close friend of Gemma Sacchetto. Sadly missed by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins in Canada, Italy, Belgium and Argentina. Born in Laghi di Cittadella, Padova, Italia, he married Janet in Coniston in 1961. Gino came to Canada in 1957, he worked as a bricklayer at INCO Smelter for over 30 years. He was an avid gardener and enjoyed raising canaries. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Funeral Mass in St. Patrick's Church 39 Walford Rd. Tuesday, January 10th, 2012 at 10 am. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Prayers 7:30 pm Monday. Donations to the Regional Cancer Program would be appreciated. (Friends may call 2-5; 7-9 pm Monday.)
