CARTER, Dennis Andrew - November 26, 1970 - August 27, 2012 Suddenly at his home in Garson, on Monday August 27, 2012 at the age of 41 years. Dennis is survived by his parents Phyllis and Anton Carter, of North Bay, his brother Grant (Tara) Cater and his precious nephews Michael and Jesse Carter of Garson. He was predeceased, in 1989, by his younger brother Michael and was also predeceased and his grandparents Ruth and Frank Carter and Hazel and Herman Angevine. There will be a private family gathering followed by cremation and interment of ashes in the family plot in Forest Lawn Cemetery. A celebration of his life will be held at the Carter residence, 179 Justin Street North Bay, on Saturday, September 8, 2012 from 2 -5 p.m. If desired donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or The Northeastern Cancer Research Foundation would be appreciated.
