February 28, 2011 77

CHARBONNEAU, Pauline (née Lagacé) - In loving memory of our dear Mother Pauline who passed away February 25th, 2011 surrounded by her family at the age of 77. Born in Sudbury, she married Gérald (Jerry) Charbonneau in 1954, whom she loved for 53 1/2 years until his passing in December of 2007. She resided in the Flour Mill until her husband's retirement in 1991, where they then moved to their home on the lake until 2007. She enjoyed making homemade pogos for her grandchildren & baking pinwheels and butter tarts for the family. No one ever made them like “Mom“. She enjoyed 14 years as a snowbird in Florida with her husband. She was a hockey Mom & spent many cold evenings making hot chocolate for the players. She was also on the boy scouts committee & worked the canteen at the bingos at St. Jean de Brébeuf Church. Her pride & joy was spending time with family & friends at the cottage on Nepawassi Lake where many card games were played. Dear daughter of Benoit & Charlotte (Beaudry) Lagacé, both predeceased. Beloved Mother of Denis (Catherine) of Lively, Sue Bowerman (Darcy) of Dowling, Mike (Nicole) of Hanmer, Colette Lammi (Allan), Gilles (Melinda) of Garson.
