CHARTRAND, Albert - The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury, on Friday, December 23, 2011 at the age of 83 years. Our deep appreciation goes out to the personnel of Extendicare Falconbridge for all the loving care given to Albert. Son of the late Joseph and Laurenza (née Levac) Chartrand. Beloved husband of Thérèse (née Lebeau) Chartrand of Val Caron. Loving father of Lorraine Brubacher (Roger) of Hanmer, Nicole Joki (Jarmo), Louise Chartrand both of Sudbury, Francine Mller (Antoine) of Bern, Switzerland and Normand Chartrand of Val Caron. Dear brother of Alma Mc Murray (late Joe), Madeleine Labelle (Gilles), Leon (Claire), Marie Fortin (Rolland), Denise Stewart (Wesley) and Laurier (Pauline). Predeceased by his brother George (late Eva) (Kay), Ernest (Cécile), Lucien (Jeanne) and by his sister Diane Brlé (Hector). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Craig, Nathan (Nicole), Ryan (Abigail), Jeffrey (Julianne), Geneviève, Fabien, Laura and Cynthia. He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3720 Hwy 69 N., Val Caron, on Thursday December 29, 2011 at 2 p.m. Funeral arrangement entrusted COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, SUDBURY.
