COOK, Jerry - In Loving memory of Jerry Douglas Cook, 53 years Friday, December 23rd, 2001 at his residence. Beloved father of Cohen and Kaden both of Whitefish. Loving son of Mary (predeceased) and William Cook of Ottawa. Dear brother of Bill (Kathy) of Wentworth, Nova Scotia, Tom of London, Brenda Kennedy (Brian) of North Carolina and Bonnie Ratnudurai (Michael) of Kingston. Will be dearly missed by his children's mother Heather Crowder of Whitefish and his many nieces and nephews. Jerry was an Electrical Technologist with Vale.
