CORNER, Agnes (née Yuzik) - Passed away peacefully with her family by her side in Sudbury on Thursday, July 19, 2012 just months after her 90th birthday. Daughter of the late Alex Yuzik and of the late Tina (née Sikhar) Yuzik. Wife of the late Roy Corner.Loving mother of Irene Barnes of Victoria, BC and Wayne Corner (Alice) of Sudbury. Predeceased by her daughter Carol Corner. Dear sister of David Yusik of Ebenezer, Sask. Predeceased by all her 9 other siblings. Cherished grandmother of Ian (Christina), Sarah, Mark (Lisa), Debbie and great-grandmother of Samantha, Brittney, Justin, Samuel and Michaela. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to all the care from the staff at St-Joseph's Continuing care, first floor and the Dialysis Unit, Health Sciences North. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd., Sudbury, Monday, July 23rd, 2012 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 8 p.m. in the chapel. Donations (by cheque only) to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Health Sciences North, Dialysis Unit would be greatly appreciated.
