COURSOL, Marie-Ange (née Ducharme) - It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of our dear wife and mother on Sunday, March 13, 2011 at the age of 72 years. Beloved wife of more than 54 years to Lucien of Dowling. Loving mother of Daniel (Jennifer) of Skead, Gérald (Sandra) of Parry Sound, Norman (Valerie) of Dowling, Claude (Delia) and Joanne (André) both of Barrie. Cherished grandmother of Keith, Lorianne (Mike), Danny, Sheri, Ryan, Tracy (Adrian), Trevor, TerryLynn (Clay), Colin, Roblemar, Tea, Stephanie (Sergio), Nicole, Patrick, Marc and great- grandmother Meagan, Jeremy, William, Kaylee, Quinton, Hannah, Seth, Ava Marie, Claire and Samantha. Daughter of the late Maurice and Yvonne (née Lapensée) Ducharme. Dear sister of Laurette Leriche (late Hugh) of Mississauga, Claire Brochu (Claude) and Anna Lachance (late Léo) both of Welland, Berthe Gauthier (Léo) of Ottawa, Simone Levac (Roméo) and Joseph Ducharme (Cora) both of Sturgeon Falls and André Ducharme (Rollande) of Verner. Predeceased by her sisters Jeanne Meloche (late Clarence), Alice Trépanier (late André), Rita Lavallée (late Georges), Florence Brochu (late Guy), Suzanne Balderson (Colin of Scarborough) and by her brother Albert Ducharme (Therese of Dowling). Marie-Ange, who was born and raised in Verner, spent her earlier years growing up on the family farm. She later attended the Convent in Sturgeon Falls at the age of 14 and in the following years she met the love of her life, Lucien. At the age of 18, they were married on August 4, 1956 and lovingly raised their children in Dowling. Her greatest joy was spending time with her husband Lucien and her children. Together they travelled to many locations and experienced many wonderful adventures. She also volunteered with various community organizations over the years. She will be deeply missed by all. Cremation has taken place and visitation will be held at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4691, R R 15, Chelmsford, Sunday evening from 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday March 21, at 11am in St-Etienne Roman Catholic Church, Dowling. In lieu of flowers, donations (by cheque only) to the Lupus Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation or a mass would greatly be appreciated.
