CULLIS, Alvin Russell - In Loving Memory of Alvin Russell Cullis. Who passed away peacefully into the presence of the Lord in his 95th year. Beloved husband of the late Jean Mildred (nee Hermiston) who predeceased him in 1990, and survived by his wife Viola (nee Tullock) (Warnock) Cullis of Iron Bridge. Loving father of sons Lynn (wife Linda deceased) of Parry Sound, Kenneth (wife Ellen) of Thunder Bay, Gordon (predeceased 1965), Rob of Sault Ste. Marie and daughter Linda (husband Clark Cooper) of Goulais Bay. Cherished grandfather of eight grandchildren; Katherine, Heather, Wendy, Stephen, Heidi, Kel, Eva, Elke and 10 great grandchildren; Jacob, McCaleigh, Mitchell, Austin, Katy, Isobel, Rachel, Aurora, Mackenzie and Gabrielle. Dear stepfather of Karen, Darla, Shelva, Ken and Greg as well as numerous step grandchildren. Loving son of Willard J. and Nellie (nee Russell) Cullis both predeceased. Alvin worked for International Nickel in Levack for 42 years as an electrician. After his retirement Alvin resided in the Iron Bridge, Sowerby area for 17 years. Alvin played banjo in a senior""s band for ten years and could be seen in latter years around the village back roads riding his bicycle, after he gave up cross country skiing. For several years he rode his bicycle in excess of 2000 miles a season. In his earlier years Alvin was an avid moose hunter who bagged his catch each year. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. May he rest in peace. Funeral Service in the R.J.
