DANIELS, Joyce (Davison) - In loving memory of Joyce (Davison) Daniels, 72 years, Saturday, May 18th, 2013 at her home. Beloved wife of Albert Daniels predeceased 2007. Loving mother of Vicky Jackson (Jamie MacKinnon) and Chris Daniels (Amy Poitevin). Cherished grandmother of Cody, Sophia, Taylor and Jennifer. Dear daughter of Roy and Rosalie Davison both predeceased. Dear sister of Alan (Maureen), Glen (Nancy), predeceased by Douglas (Nora). Dear aunt of Michael, Ainsley, Philip, Graeme, Kate, Tracy and Patrick. Cousin of Marion Mitchell. Born in Sudbury, where she married Albert in 1962. Joyce graduated from Teachers' College in North Bay in 1961; her first school was in Coe Hill. She worked for the Sudbury Board of Education for 23 years, retiring from R. L. Beattie Public School in 1984. She was an avid reader and taught Sunday School at the Church of the Epiphany for many years. She enjoyed spending time at Fox Lake with her family and always had a special place in her heart for her grandchildren. She will be lovingly remembered for her gentle, caring manner and her ability to bring out the best in others. Funeral Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel JACKSON and BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury Friday, May 24th, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. (Friends may call 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Thursday or after 10:30 a.m. Friday).
